AARON TIPPIN RETURNS HOME FROM SPENDING YET ANOTHER THANKSGIVING IN WHAT HE CALLS “THE SANDBOX”

Tippin and Stars for Stripes Return from Fourth Holiday Tour in Iraq

(Nashville, TN) - Yesterday, the hardest working man in country music Aaron Tippin returned home to Liberty, TN after spending Thanksgiving with our troops stationed throughout Iraq.  Tippin was joined by Fox News contributor Bill Cowan during his ten day tour in the war-torn country.  He met with thousands of troops, signed countless autographs and gave his very own “Thanks” this Thanksgiving by performing several concerts for America’s protectors.

“It is amazing how well things are going,” comments Tippin on Iraq’s current state.  “Once again, our guys and gals have demonstrated that they are the best and most professional warriors on the face of the planet!”

Tippin is no stranger to a good cause.  For years he has donated his time and energy to visit and perform for the United States military personnel stationed around the globe.  This is Tippin's fourth tour of this particular region and sixth time entertaining the troops since becoming the first singer of any genre to entertain our military in Saudi Arabia during the first Gulf War in 1990, along with Bob Hope.

Stars for Stripes is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing celebrity entertainment to troops deployed overseas.
