The “Taylor Swift Military Appreciation Ticket Giveaway” promotion (the "Promotion"), brought to the military community by STARS AND STRIPES in partnership with Stars for Stripes, is open to current U.S. government ID cardholders or authorized dependents. Non-U.S. government ID cardholders are ineligible for participation.

Please Note: Tickets received through this Promotion are not transferable or negotiable and may only be used by the randomly selected recipients as designated on the Official Entry Form. No substitutions will be permitted. Access may be denied to any ticket recipient who fails to provide the current U.S. government ID card as required for participation and as stated in these Official Rules.

or their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors,
retailers, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to
participate.
ENTRY PERIOD:
The entry period for the Promotion begins on February 25, 2011, and
ends based on each different concert date as follows. All times
stated below are Central European Time (CET).
3/6 - Brussels, Belgium:
Entry ends at 0800 CET on March 1, 2011
3/7 - Rotterdam, Netherlands: Entry ends at 0800

3/12 - Oberhausen, Germany: Entry ends at 0800

HOW TO ENTER “Taylor Swift Military Appreciation Ticket Giveaway”
PROMOTION:
1. Go to

here to enter and win. Eligible participants
may enter once for each of the Concert Dates available at the time
of entry. Only one entry is permitted per eligible participant, per
Concert Date; participants who enter more than once per Concert Date
may be disqualified.
2. Your entry must include the full name, e-mail address, choice of Concert Date, and all other information required on the Official Entry Form. Incomplete entries will be discarded.
3. You may request up to four tickets per Concert Date.
If more than one ticket is requested, the full name and rank or status for each prospective ticket holder must be submitted at the time of entry.
No changes will be permitted after an entry is submitted. In the event that more than one ticket is requested and the information for each prospective ticket holder is either not supplied or is incomplete, only one ticket will be awarded.
4. Submit your entry by 0800 CET on the date indicated above under ENTRY PERIOD.
5. Only complete
entries submitted by the deadlines as described above will be
accepted as eligible. Entries submitted by any other means will be
ineligible for participation in the Promotion.
SELECTION OF PRIZE RECIPIENTS:
All ticket recipients will be selected by random drawing from among
all eligible entries received by STARS AND STRIPES.
PRIZES:
A total of 350 tickets are available through this Promotion: 50
tickets are available for each of the concert locations in Europe
(Brussels, Rotterdam, Oberhausen, Milan, Paris & Madrid), and 25
each for the concerts in England (Birmingham and Manchester).
The total number of prize recipients will be determined by the
number of tickets requested by each selected recipient.
PRIZE RECIPIENT NOTIFICATION:
1. Each participant whose entry is selected for a prize will be notified by e-mail. Notification e-mails will be sent the same day the entry period closes
2. The e-mail address supplied with the Promotion entry will be used to notify each recipient selected to receive ticket(s).
3. Ticket recipients will be required to respond to the prize notification e-mail within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the e-mail was sent. If a recipient does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the notification e-mail was sent, the prize will be forfeited and another recipient may be selected.
4. Prize recipients who respond within the allotted time will receive a prize confirmation e-mail that includes details about how to claim their tickets. Tickets must be picked up at the time and location indicated in the prize confirmation e-mail. Failure to pick up tickets on time and/or failure to present a current U.S. government ID at the time of ticket pick-up may result in access to the concert being denied, at the sole discretion of the concert staff.
5. Each ticket recipient who receives a prize confirmation e-mail will have his or her full name and rank or status, and the full names of each guest he or she provided at the time of submitting the Official Entry form, placed on an official ticket winners list that will be furnished to the concert staff. Only the people whose names appear on that official ticket winners list, and who furnish a valid U.S. government ID card will be given entry to the concert.
6. Personal information collected during the entry process will remain the property of STARS AND STRIPES and will not be released to third parties. All participants agree that STARS AND STRIPES and Stars for Stripes may use the information submitted for the Promotion in promotional activities.
7. STARS AND STRIPES assumes no liability for unclaimed tickets and/or tickets that may not be released due to any failure on the part of any of the participants or prospective ticket holders.
PUBLICITY / REQUIRED AGREEMENTS:
STARS AND STRIPES may publish the name, rank, location and photo
(U.S. military base/city/state) of the prize recipients, and any
quotation that they are willing to provide for use by STARS AND
STRIPES. Prize recipients may be required to sign and return a
release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful,
a publicity consent agreement ("Required Agreements") at the time
the recipient claims a prize. If a selected prize recipient cannot
be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to
sign and return the Required Agreements, an alternate prize
recipient may be selected at the sole discretion of STARS AND
STRIPES.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these
Official Rules and decisions of STARS AND STRIPES, which shall be
final. STARS AND STRIPES and Stars for Stripes, along with their
agents and representatives, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and
fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and
shall not be liable for (1) late, lost, delayed, damaged,
misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; (2)
telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network,
Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any
kind; (3) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer
transmissions and/or electronic mail; (4) any condition caused by
events beyond the control of STARS AND STRIPES that may cause the
Promotion entries to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any injuries,
losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a
result of the prize or its acceptance, or from participation in the
Promotion; or (6) any human error or printing or typographical
errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. The maximum
liability for STARS AND STRIPES for any violation of its duties
relating to this offer shall be the value of the prize the
participant should have been awarded.
STARS AND STRIPES reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time.
At its sole discretion STARS AND STRIPES may prohibit any person
from participating in this Promotion or any future STARS AND STRIPES
event or promotion if STARS AND STRIPES has reason to believe that
person deliberately or repeatedly disregards the Promotion rules. In
the event of any dispute regarding submission of an online entry,
the entry will be deemed the property of the authorized account
holder of the e-mail address supplied at the time of entry.
By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to
release and hold harmless STARS AND STRIPES and Stars for Stripes,
and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents,
representatives of STARS AND STRIPES and Stars for Stripes, their
affiliates, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and
legal advisors from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and
actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting
from participation in or acceptance of any prize, including, without
limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage and claims
based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
