I am presently an inactive Hosopital Corpsman,

but this story isn't really so much about me as my best friend, he is a Master Gunnery Sargent in the United States Marines, He is presently stationed in Iraq. He is truly amazing no matter what is going on over there he manages each day to keep in contact. It amazes me everyday that someone who is enduring freezing tempetures and less the appetizing food sand in everything and being shot at regularly is more concerned with how I am and everyone here at home. This is the type of men we have serving us over there. Sure they get scared, sure they worry about if they will live through the night but more then that they worry about us..the ones they left behind and the ones they are over there protecting...truly all amazing men and women each and everyone, I just count myself fortunate that my best friend is MGY SGT A Figueroa...- Patricia Miller, USNR, Hospital Corpsman
