MARK WILLS PERFORMS FOR 5TH SPECIAL FORCES GROUP AT FORT CAMPBELL, KY

Mark Wills and his band were honored to perform an acoustic show as part of a 50th Anniversary of the 5th Special Forces Group.  The day was filled with family fun activities, tents displaying the gear used / worn by the Special Forces in action and live music.

As part of the "remembrance" of war times, a huge wall was on display depicting information of each war as far back as the American Revolution.  A smaller replica of the Vietnam Wall was on display, as well as photos of each President, information on the military ranks, photos from war times and photos of the attacks on September 11, along with conversation from flight attendants on AA #11.  There was also a wall of honor for "Global War on Terror", which included a dog tag for each fallen solider lost in Iraq and Afghanistan with their rank and date.
Also on display is two huge pieces of steel from the Twin Towers.  They are laid in the shape of Roman numeral V, in recognition of the 5th Special Forces.
